I have never had such an awful DSL provider in my life. Between the horrible speeds and clueless tech support they caused nothing but stress for the term of our contract with them. Speeds would constantly plunge to the point of being about as fast as dial-up, and I was disconnected more than when I had dial-up, due to constant server outages.
