I've used this animal hospital for years and have always been very pleased. So when I saw the review above, I couldn't help but respond, even though the posting is several years old. The staff at NPVH has always allowed me to view procedures when I request; they even have a window for viewing surgery. Since tests for hearworms and intestinal parasites are part of the annual exam, I expect those procedures to be done when I take my dogs in for their annual exams. The care my pets have received over the years has been excellent!
