wawa is a famous store among college students, mainly because it's one of the only stores open late at night that offers 'edible' food. it's part convenience store, part market and part food store, but it gets a lot of business. their subs are really good, i mean it. some might find them a little yucky, but not me. it's an acquired taste i guess.
it also holds the distinction of being robbed more times than a store with broken locks in the middle of los angeles, but no one seems to mind or care when they shop there. there's usually a lonely figure smoking away in front of the wawa.
