Recently Scrappers Garden moved to Cooper and Elliot. Where the store may be smaller and crop area cozier there almost always is the owner there to great you with a smile. They even have a small area set aside for children to play. They have an email newsletter witch gives special discounts to email customers. Cropper cards can be filled with every $5 spent and redeemed after $50 for a $5 discount. They even started carrying Quickutz again at a 30% discount AND they stamp your cropper card! So it may be small but it makes up for it in deals.
