We found Wendy because I was driving around looking at houses, and calling for prices. EVERYONE treated me rudely. Wendy happened to answer for one house, and was SO nice on the phone. It wasn't even a house she was selling! I was sold on her immediately. She helped us get the house of our dreams in a VERY limited price range. She specializes in first time home buyers.
