They were ok, not the best but pretty good. I went in and had an appt, let me tell you that didn't matter! I still had almost a 30 minute wait. I think they either booked too many people or had walk ins. Normally this isnt a problem but for moms who have sitters watching there kids you need to get in/out. I got my hair colored, it came out ok. I thought it was a bit orange (i am blond) but she assured me that was the look. It didn't seem to matter much that I wasn't happy with it. Overall it was ok but I wouldn't go back.
