Presentation is lovely on some dishes, but 419 West tends to scrimp on key items. Their bread is forgettable, unlike the downtown restaurants which wisely use bread from On The Rise. Most of these missteps are forgivable, but cutting the goat cheese with cream cheese on a spinach salad with goat cheese was the last straw. If you're going to adulterate a key ingredient, please warn your guests! If you like O'Charley's but you don't think they're charging enough, then 419 is for you! more
