I can say that I had a wonderful experience at Chantelle's. I had a watch that was about 100 years old that was my great-grandmother's. I went to another jeweler and they tried to have me sell it to them for $100 because they said it was worthless, it would never work. I told them I didn't care I was not selling it. Then I went to Chantelle's and they not only fixed it but also cleaned it up. They told me it was worth at least $2000. Would go back again for sure. Very nice, honest people.
