Mimi's is one of the great little hidden cafe's on James Island that you must visit. They serve fresh local seafood and large portions of delicious american food. The view of the peninsula of Charleston and the new Cooper River bridges is spectacular. Situated right next to the marsh, Mimi's has a great local feel to it and the service is always fast and friendly. It is great for a business lunch and even a romantic dinner. They have outside seating.
