I haven't visted an Applebees location in several years and I was reminded why after a recent visit. My family and I visited the location at 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow. It seemed as if they were extremely short staffed and maybe even the kitchen staff went home. We ordered an appetizer and it took 20 minutes for it to come out. My boyfriend had to request a refill on the same empty glass more than once and my mom had her food sent back because it was cold to get it back lukewarm. My children were extremely irratible because they were hungry and I had asked several times for crackers for my youngest.
Like I said-I was quickly reminded why I do not eat good in my neighborhood. Applebees was not appealing to the stomach........or my wallet.
