Leo was very professional and explained each step of the process to solve the problem with our powder room toilet. He tried several approaches and did an excellent job of assessing the alternatives . He solved the immediate issue and then presented (without any pressure) the alternatives to a permanent solution. I really appreciated this approach two days before Christmas. He was also very polite to my housekeeper which is always appreciated. I will request him for the permanent solution and whenever I have a problem with our plumbing.
