Been a customer for years for household goods....lots of bargains but in the last year I was sold one broken heater(they did exchange but had an attitude) I put up with a nasty attitude from one woman at the register when I mistakenly gave her the wrong credit card even though I corrected the problem by giving the right card, and just two days ago the cashier ( a hispanic female) charged me twice for the purchase of one blanket costing me an extra $12.99 that I didn't notice til I got home. This place used to be a pretty good place for a five and dime type of store but it's gone way downhill.
