I dare you to leave this place hungry! When they say you can get "all you can eat", they really mean it!!
First, you pick your own meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles... and combine those ingredients with your choice of a whole bar-full of different kinds of sauces... sweet and sour, BBQ, curry, lemon. etc. Mix and match as many as you wish to your own tastes.
Next, take your bowl/bowls full of raw, fresh ingredients to a huge round grill where they cook it right in front of you. Great fun and great food.
What impressed me most about HuHot was the attention the personnel, including the manager, gives to those with food allergies and special dietary needs.
For me, I was given fresh noodles from the kitchen which would not have had the chance to get meats or seafood dropped accidently into them by other patrons. Then the cooks cleaned off 1/4 to 1/3 of the grill to make sure my food did not come into contact with anything to which I might be allergic. Outstanding !!
The cost is very reasonable... $7.95 for lunch and $9.95 for dinner. That is an awesome price for as much food as you want the way you want it.
All in all, HuHot is an excellent place to satisfy your hunger and your palate.
