I LOVE Spa Del Lago. It's a cute, cozy place in a great location. The waterfall in the waiting area is beautiful and relaxing. I loved the massages that I have received there. HOWEVER, I can't believe that manner in which the front desk staff treats customers. I have seen better customer service at MacDonalds from someone who barely spoke English. I have stopped going for that reason alone. I was willing to make the drive from Maple Valley to Madison Park because Tyler and Kristen are talented massage therapists, but the cold shoulder and rudeness from the reception staff is not something that I am going to tolerate. If you can see past such unacceptable behavior, ANY treatment you will get at this spa is delightful, relaxing and will leave you feeling wonderful.
