My wife and I picked this company out of the phone book. The people on the telephone to schedule the move were great. When the crew arrived at our old house, they seemed pleasant enough, but the truck they brought wasn't large enough for all of our furniture and boxes, I had to rent a truck to take what could not fit. Fortunately it was a local move. But the real kicker was they dropped my wife's $7000 embroidery machine. We immediately called their home office (in Texas) and filed a claim. They in turn sent us a check for $42. At first I thought it was a mistake. I contested it, and they in turn sent me a check for $142. Since I did not take additional insurance out, that's the most that they would give me. Even if it was their negligence. I have since file a claim with the Maryland Attorney General's Office. Let's see if they can do anything. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
