We are very dissapointed in the quality of construction of our Corey Barton home. We have had a ton of issues with our home. We have had issues with carpet (holes and exposed carpet tack), walls (bad patch jobs), floors (hole in the subloor as well as holes in the linoleum), paint (interior and exterior) and the list goes on. Their "warranty work" leaves a lot to be desired. The standard line is.."well, we could fix it but it will just make it worse". It is very dissapointing to move into your new home only to find problems in every room.
