We used East Hill Florist for our wedding--huge mistake. Linda, one of the women in the shop, was incredibly rude when we spoke on the phone about messing up the order I had placed and made no attempt to fix it, on my actual wedding day! The customer service is severely lacking and I was in disbelief at how rudely I was treated, despite being polite and understanding that mistakes happen. The arrangements were not what I had ordered, were sloppy, thorns were left on my boquet and they were so full of water it was leaking all over my dress. The corsages were a nightmare and HUGE, not what I had asked for at all. Very disappointed in the product, but more so with the response of the shop to fix it--which was no response at all except hostility and rudely YELLING at me. Please, go somewhere else if you want to get your moneys worth and decent service.
