The employee's name is SUE... Its unfortunate that she is affiliated with the family that owns this course and Branson Bay in Mason. I would frequent this course and occasionally Branson Bay because they seemed like a smaller "family owned" operation. Its not worth standard price, but I didn't want another course to go under and every little bit helps... I had seen/paid but, never actually had "conversation" with SUE until I pre-paid online for a 7:15am tee time through GolfHub.com (use it frequently...this was the only problem EVER!!) on a Sunday morning. I got there before anyone,but a maintenance employee getting out carts. We chatted briefly while I got my things onto the cart and waited. Sue arrives opens the bar and I go in with printed receipt (standard procedure everywhere) she says I dont know what that is and tells me to pay her. "How am I supposed to ring that up ??" she really said that. I called site on my cellphone and a women talked with Sue. Sue told me she would'nt honor the tee time and to pay her cash. The women from GolfHub.com said she had never heard of anything like this... They refunded me my money and I had to load up my clubs back into my car and drive home. UNBELIEVABLE !! Never again. Had I known beforehand the kind of people behind this place I never would have played there to begin with. more
