Aside from the fact that the woman is a thief and a tax cheat, she is a horrible person, no people skills, horribly disorganized and generally unpleasant. You should never give this woman a dime. Any problem you have with your dog, can be fixed by buying something from her store, but there is no sales tax, cause she defrauds the state.
