Good: Nothing.. Bad: Customer service, attitude. It's one thing to deal with a cocky employee of a company, it's another to have to deal with the owner having the attitude problem.. Improvements: Complete 180 on the owner/son's attitudes towards customers. It's insane after 4 years a remote for a car alarm to be garbage..

I have had my most recent tattoo done at Area 51, by Desi (Desirea). She did a fantastic job. Very clean shop, everyone besides one individual is laid back. Only draw backs; very small shop, and one of the employees has a bit of an ego problem. Honestly I have no real complaints, my tattoo turned out beautifully :)

Collison Service Center on Morse Ave. In Schaumburg. I had called them to just verify if they charge for estimates, and also if you have to make an appointment for an estimate and what their hours are. The gentleman who answered the phone immediately had attitude, and wanted to know why the hell would I go around shopping for estimates? Nice way to do business.

Today I went into Vanity Tattoo for myself, my boyfriend, and a friend of mine to get some work done. When we got there, between the time frames listed on the side of the building as well as www.vanitytattoo.com , yet the door was locked to the building. Saw a few broads inside. Knocked once politely, everyone completely ignored us standing outside. Knocked a second time harder, they thought because they wouldn't acknowledge us, that we would go away. Finally I banged my hand onto the door, a piercer that works there came up. Asked what we wanted done, said tattoos, he stated that all of the artists had left an hour ago (we went over there @ 6:45 p.m., the sign on the building states it closes @ 10 p.m. on Saturdays) and basically closed the door in our faces. Ironic, he was in there with a couple broads, and if it was not for the fact that I wouldn't let it go with not being acknowledged at the door they wouldn't have given a damn. Everyone was in their partying early and didn't want to work on the fourth of July weekend. Quite pathetic and disappointing. Needless to say I won't bother wasting my time ever again at Vanity Tattoo.

I went into Petsmart today. I was trying to kill two birds with one stone, by bringing in my dog's rabies paperwork in and dropping it off at the groomers located inside the store, he has an appointment on Saturday. I walked into the grooming department. There were two girls in there, both were working on animals. Neither one said a word, about 35 seconds after standing there, one says to me with a snot attitude,"Can I help you?" I said "Yeah just dropping off my dog's rabies shot paperwork that I know you guys need to keep on file." The girl waited about a minute to respond, didn't acknowledge me. She walked over and asked me if I had ever been there before, I said yeah once. She asked me what the type of dog he is, I gave it to her. She then was signing into the computer, and asked again. I gave it to her. Finally she must have been at the part where you actually do need the name information, she asked me a third time. So I just said to hell with it, and turned the paper around and pointed out my last name and my dog's name on the rabies certificate for the shot. The girl looks at me and says that she is going to call her manager, she doesn't have to put up with my attitude. I looked at her and started to laugh. I said excuse me honey? She said that since I had walked in I looked down on her, like she was a piece of crap. I told her I didn't, and I came in to drop off paperwork, I could give two damns about who she was or what she is. By this time I had the paperwork two fingers while I was standing up at the counter. After a minute of her walking away into the back, she then walks up and rips it out of my hand. I was fuming. I looked at her, grabbed the paperwork back and told her get your fu***** manager now. She gets on the intercom and pages the manager. The manager walks in, passes by and didn't say anything. After about 10 seconds I said fu** this and walked out. I wasn't going to keep an appointment with my dog there if this individual worked there. If she came off to me like this on a bad day, imagine what she may do to animals who cannot say anything?! So after I walk out the grooming department I went over to get my dog a collar and a bone. The manager comes up to me and apologizes and said that she thought they were paging her to help with the grooming. She asked what had happened, I explained that the girl had big attitude problem. I was shaking at the time, I'm one of those stupid people if I don't react immediately by getting rid of the anger in me from the confrontation, I tend to get emotional. The manager walked me back into the office, and on the way back I told her that if that girl is working on my dog that day, I will cancel my appointment now. I wasn't in proper mind frame when I was reconfirming the appointment. After getting home, the more I realized and thought about it, ended up canceling the appointment after all. I understand if you have a bad day, don't take that shit out on me. I have a horrible temper, I could imagine if I was in a shit mood as well. I would have jumped over the counter and banged her head into a wall.
