I called to have flowers delivered to my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary and the flowers never arrived. I gave the gentleman on the phone my card number however the code on the back is very difficult to read. I gave him what I believed to be the 2 numbers I thought the smudged numbers were and he told me if that my belief was incorrect he would return my call. The flowers never arrived for this once in a life time event. The following day Myers called the number I had given them and told me they had called that number the previous day to tell me of the problem and left a message. I had no message and I had no missed calls. If the number they called on the day after was the number they called the day of scheduled delivery, why no missed call or message? I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my dealings with this florists and would not recommend them to my family or friends. I will not be negatively advertising my feelings regarding this transaction other than this posting however the explanation by the florist is unacceptable and in my humble opinion poor business. more
