I have been to many Hard Rocks around the country, and when I was recently in Denver, my hotel was a few blocks away, so I stopped in for supper. I was very disappointed. The service was not good at all. I had to go to the bar to get a refill on my drink and then when I tried to pay it took over 15 minutes and I had to track down the waitress after she took my credit card to get the bill and my card back.
I could understand this type of service if they were really busy, but that did not appear to be the case.
The food was also not that good as I ordered a salad and half of the greens were wilted or brown.
I would think twice before going to this location.
