I have been to the other Vince's Spaghetti places around the Inland Empire and have never had a problem. Vince's Spaghetti Express served the same great food I have experienced at the others. However their service was ridiculous. We sat for close to 10 minutes before anyone even came to greet or get our drink orders and by the end of the night, we just wanted to pay our bill and leave. I will definitely go back to the other Vince's but never go back to this specific one.
