Good: The girl at the counter was friendly. Bad: It seemed dirty, no supervision going on at all! When we went to pick up our 1 and 2 yr old we noticed that all the kids were by themselves in the room while 3 workers were all up front standing at the desk. The next day both my kids got extremely sick and I think thats because the place was dirty. I dont think they sanitize anything!!! And this was in the winter during cold season.. Improvements: cleanliness and supervision! Interact with the kids and play with them instead of all the employees just standing up front chatting.. Other: We were really dissappointed and will never take our kids back again!.
