We needed new cell phones and wanted to switch providers. We picked Verizon since most of our friends and family use it. they were very happy with them and we wanted to take advantage of free unlimited in network calling. When we entered the store, we were greeted and promptly taken care of. The man who took care of us really listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the plan and phones that best suited us. The problem arrived when we were sent to customer service to be rung up. The girl was rude and kept talking and texting on her cell phone the entire time. We were not happy with her attitude at all.
