My parents did it, so I thought I had to too--use this place, that is. A good reputation for along time made me think it was okay to use them--NO WAY!! Upon needing my one of a kind platinum engagement ring resized---it was made too small and then repaired (to make bigger) with white gold! I questioned it immediately and they didn't know why it looked that way. I had them send it back out to whomever they used at the time to have it corrected. It came back looking exactly the same. No reason was made other than "that's the way it was made" originally. So once I returned overseas in the UK where I was living and had it made, it was then we found out it was white gold and that is why there was a color difference. I had to pay to have my ring completely rebuilt basically--money I didn't really have. I left many messages here for the manager and no one would take my calls or make this right. The only time I got to talk to someone, I was told, it was the place they send the jewelry out to that was at fault. Take it from me, go someplace else!
