Good: My lease was only 6 months.. Bad: -Apartment was not cleaned
-No warning was given to me when they showed the apartment to tenents
-Snow was not cleared as promised
-Was lied to repeatedly
-Rent was too high and raised at every turn
-"management" was nonexistent
-Maintenance was impossible to schedule
- 2 year old apartment was falling apart
- Was harrased for "late fees" even though I did not owe any
-Incredibly rude and unhelpful employees
- They don't care about any of the above items. Other: I would never rent from them unless all other options were exhausted. Even then, I would think twice. If you rent from them, you WILL regret it. Period..
