I went in for an oil change and I waited over half an hour, which seemed like a long time compared to other places I've been to.
Their lobby area kind of smelled and the customer service was not great. The cashier was on the phone for about fifteen minutes before she even saw I was standing there. Their prices also seemed higher than most and they are a little pushy about suggesting other things on your car that need work.
