My neighbor told me about this store when I decided to redo my carpet with wood flooring. I check around with 4 or 5 other stores before going to Seconds and Surplus. I came somewhat prepared after asking alot of questions at the competitive stores. I had decided on hand scrape flooring. To my amazement they had 7 or 8 different types of hand scrape flooring and all of them were priced lower than the cheapest I found elsewhere. The sales person was very helpful and the overall experience was great.
