I just want to take a moment of your time, to tell you of the outstanding service and attitude we received from Global. I recently needed to purchase another BMW and began to check the internet for the best prices. About the middle of September, I started working with Zak Reitzfeld,Client Advisor, as well as other BMW dealers in the larger cities near our area. Zak returned all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. From negotiation of a price to the time we took ownership of our 2009 328 BMW, the service was wonderful. I also want to mention the service we received from Steve Cohn, Finance Manager, who went above and beyond the normal service, in helping us with our loan, since we were out of town. Steve worked with our credit union, since we were pre-approved for our loan at a lower rate than BMW could offer.
