Friendly
THis shop sells vaccuum cleaners and parts, and also repairs them. I bought a vaccuum there, and was very pleased with it. I brought my other one in to them because it wasn't working. I hoped they could fix it, but I wasn't sure. If they could fix it, I was expecting a large repair bill, and they repaired it on the spot at no charge since it was a simple problem to fix. It seems to be an old fashioned place, as friendly as they are!
