The 2 words to best describe this business is expensive and slow. I don't know if they are trying to make all their money for the month on one or two customers, but I don't know how people can afford to call them to work on their house. It's expensive and you usually have to wait a day or 2 for them to come out and work on your plumbing. When I have a problem, I need someone today, not tomorrow.
