I went there with a group of girl friend's of mine a couple weeks ago for a spa day and we have never had such a worst experience before. We each decided to just get some pedicures (winter really does dry one's feet out :)) and I promptly had my feet placed in scalding water. I was then talked down to for not being able to tolerate the heat of the water... Also, one of my friend's had surgery a while back for an in-grown toe nail on her big toe. She asked that the lady please leave that one toe alone. The pedicurist (?) seemed to argue with her about even getting a pedicure, that there are standards to follow and avoiding one toe is not part of the process...Really? Finally, when they were done painting my nails the lady asked me to check to make sure I liked it. I saw that I had a part of nail sticking out from the buffing, so the polish did not coat properly. When I asked if she could re-do that one nail she said it looked fine. I refuted. She said my nail must have scarring so nail polish won't coat properly anyway...what? I always try to get a pedicure with my girls at least once a month. The buffer they are supposed to smooth out the nail but nope, the lady practically refused to remove the coat, buff out the irregularity and re-do the polish I requested. For the price, I will not be going back...strawberry2327 more
