i've been to simi's bazaar a few times before. it is located on the first block of west portal next to the music store and bursaa kabob. The clothing that the owner has in the store are very nice and elegant, however, they are very pricey. I did buy a shirt from this store once for my mother for christmas a little while ago, and when i went shopping in Nordstroms the next day, i saw the exact same shirt there for a cheaper price. The lady there was very nice, and she helped me and answered any questions I may have had. I don't know if I wold recommend this store to everyone I know, but, this store does carry elegant clothing, however, the prices are a little pricey.
