Rams Horn has the best Potato Skins around. Rams Horn has a variety of food from breakfast to dessert. The food is always served hot and good. The service is pretty good and the restaurant is kept clean. My only real complaint is that if you go after 8 pm you will run in to several teenagers hanging out or drunks late at night. Rams Horn is located conveniently and there is never a wait for a seat.
