I recently came in because I had the misfortune of having to put my pet down. I was dreading this experiance but I knew it had to be done. After driving around town, no one wanted to mess with my pet saying "Oh it's just a rat, wait til it dies and bury it in the backyard". I finally found Emerson Pet Clinic and they could tell he was bad off and was glad to help me. They never acted like he was anything less than what he really was to me: A great friend. The vet (I didn't catch her name but she had short hair) said to me, "no matter how big or small a pet is always a big part of your heart." She was very polite and curtious to me, as I was a crying mess. I opted to have my pet cremated which they were also glad to do. A few days after putting him down, I received a card in the mail the sent me about how hard pet loss is. It meant the world to me that they really cared enough to send me this, and I will always consider this clinic before any other one
