My wife and i had a very pleasant experience at Gallery Furniture recently. We went to the Tidwell on 45 location to be specific.
We had been shopping around for TVs and a had a specific model and price point in mind. We decided to stop by some furniture stores to compare pricing because we also wanted an entertainment cabinet to house the new TV in.
We stopped by Landmark Furniture next door and found the place to be closing down I guess, their selection was terrible and the staff seemed like the mentally had already shut down.
We haven't been to Gallery in a while and I for one was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and we asked where the entertainment section was.
They had the same model TV we had reviewed at the last electronics store for a comparable price. We found an entertainment cabinet we were pleased with that was actually a much better price than a run down version we saw at Landmark and made the purchase.
Here's where I was really pleased though, they delivered the TV and entertainment cabinet to our house literally 4 hours after we purchased it. It was unreal, had we gone out to eat we might have missed the delivery!
All in all i was pleased and will report back if we have any service issues in the future.
