Last night I was opening my door and the key snapped inside the lock! i never had this happen before. I didn't know what to do. So i google'd and found these guys. I'll tell you I never thought that it would be so easy for a key to snap. But I'm glad that they were able to pull the broken part out of the lock. Luckily I had a spare in my purse and was able to get in. Whew! And thanks for having such good service!
