I used to be impressed with the stylist at this salon (I even referred business) ... until I got a haircut wildly different from what we discussed a week before my wedding! My hair looked like I cut my ponytail off with kitchen scissors. It was unbalanced and impossible to style. The service was expensive and the correction even more so. When I complained to the stylist the response was indifference. I was told I would get used to it and that women my age should not have long hair! Eventually, after much back and forth, the stylist agreed to help correct the situation for my wedding. I needed extensions to get my hair back to where it was only a week before. I was told I'd better be prepared to spend an additional $200! I found help elsewhere becasue I wasn't giving this person, or anybody associated with this stylist, one more thin dime! In the end my hair was gorgeous and just the way I wanted it for my wedding ... but it took too many hours, too much energy, too many tears, and way too much money to get to that point. Save your money .... go to La Jolla!
