i had a busted out window that i needed to replace for cheap, so i called all the junkyards in middletown. nearly everyone i talked to was vague, rude, or just seemed like they didn't care about getting my business. art's was different. they were very detailed in getting me the exact window that i needed, with the correct tint. they confirmed that it was in stock and quoted the price over the phone. even though they were $15 higher on the price, i didn't have to wast my time getting the wrong part, or dealing w/ rude people. i let them know that despite the higher price, i chose them for their superior service. they gave me a $5 break :) i recommend them.
