Since going low carb, my husband and I have cut down on going out to eat. The reason? A lack of restaurants that offer low carb selections. We were pleasantly surprised by recent dining experiences at Elishas. We were able to order our salads to accommodate our diet. The chicken and ribs were great and they offered low carb substitute potatoes which were quite yummy! The only disappointment was a lack of low carb desserts, not that we need them!
