When I rented a truck from here, it took forever to get up to the counter. Everyone was slow, and the woman at the desk was outright rude. I didn't bring my insurance card, and I didn't want to buy the U-Haul insurance. Personal auto insurance would not cover a rented truck, and so I really didn't see the point. She was very uninformed and unpleasant to deal with.
