CAV is tucked away in a corner of a warehouse in the Jewelery District and its a hidden gem. It's menu is fine dining and the food speaks for itself. The atmosphere is truly unique in that its a warehouse feel and all the collectibles and art around you are from around the world and for sale. On the weekends there is entertainment that you have to pay for to stay but it makes a complete evening. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. The filet mignon is to die for and the Chocolate ganache dessert is amazing! Must try if you are looking for somewhere different and unique.
