Waters is a beautiful place to take a date, or go to for an anniversary. It is an amazing place with a beautiful view. If you do not order much from this place, you have to order the clam chowder. I have never had clam chowder this good, not even in San Francisco. The service is very good and the people within the restaurant are very polite. After you are done with the dinner, it is nice to take a walk on the (man-made) lake. It is a beautiful romantic walk that a couple on a date or celebrating an anniversary may want to take. The only thing is it may be cold, so bundle up.

Either tan that you get here, you do not feel like you are going to die. You feel that you get the tan, but you do not feel like you toasted under a lamp. They provide some very neat and GOOD lotions to wear under the lamps. At first it may seem like a lot of money to put upfront for the lotion, but you will notice a huge difference between the tanning lotion and tanning with no lotion. The workers here are constantly cleaning the tanning beds, so you can be assured that you are laying on a clean bed. They are also very friendly and helpful if you need it.

They have a salad as well that is very good. They do serve meat here. No matter what type of meat that you get at BCD, it is very tasty. Their terriyaki chicken and their kalbi ribs are the best to order. The nice thing about BCD is their combination order. You can order a small tofu with meat, rather than paying an additional 12 dollars for a plate of meat. I like the combination idea.

It is a wonderful blend of the cold weather and the hot tofu. Their most popular dish is their pickles. It's a kimchee pickle that is sweet. You can purchase the pickles separately to take home. The people who work here are very, very nice.

The Garden room is one of the easiest places to get married. The garden room provides a spiral staircase to walk down, the gazebo to take pictures at, and the reception area to have your party/celebration in. They provide it all. They will help the bride and groom set up the food and the picture services as well. They are very helpful. They call it the garden room because majority of the colors in the building are white and a very lush evergreen. It is very cozy inside this hall to get married. It is also good for a couple, who financially may not be able to provide a very FANCY wedding, but regardless of the money, a wedding here can look like million dollars.
Unfortunately i have been to a few weddings at this location, and have experienced 1 good wedding. I thought that it came from the place, but turned out that it was the time and effort that the bride and groom put into it. So what you put in is what you will get out of it.

They allow the bride and groom a lot of freedom to do their wedding. The space that they provide is rather small, about 250 people i think, but it's well worth it. The reception area is below the area where the bride and groom get married. Their set-up for the reception is very high tech and modern. The food that they prepare is very fresh and delicious. This is a definite must to check out if you are planning a wedding.

And you can tell that they are not just talking to the customers to gain tips.
It is difficult to go at lunch time only because there is limited seating so it is difficult to sit down during the lunch rush. So it's better to go at an off time, or just right before lunch.

The food here is a bit pricey, but if you do share with a friend or date, it does make it a bit more manageable. The only problem is that i hope that both people agree on the entrée.
If you have a moment, you need to try the brunch buffet on Sundays. Here you can get the food all you can eat, and 4 free beers. And their beers are potent.
