I just moved into the James Building Oct 1st, 2010, the landscape, the peaceful and beautiful historic building are great and the area is very quiet. Before I moved I was told I would get new appliances and I did, I was told they would refinish the floors and paint my apt and they did, I was promised a new bathroom sink to replace the current leaking one and replace a missing closet door in my closet and although still pending for next week, I have no doubt the Building Manager Sandy will do it. She has come thru on every promise made by either the Owner or Office personnel and been insrtumental in getting it all done, at first, I must admmit, I was doubtful but now I know they keep their promises. I know I will be happy here.
