Well, I dropped my laptop-screen gone. Well these guys and girls, said okay it will take about 3 days to order the screen. Hmm! Can't wait. So they turned around and they let me borrow a 19" flat screen with no questions until I got my screen. They showed me how to install the screen with my laptop. Then the screen came in and they fixed it.
