I've been a customer of theirs for many years. I have never once been dissatisfied with their service. I am a very internet savvy person and could easily book all my travel on the internet, but you know what, these people are so friendly and GO THE EXTRA MILE I go through them whenever I travel anywhere in the world.
In fact, more often than not, the rates they find for me are less than what I could find on the internet. Even if they aren't, I have the peace of mind knowing they are only a phone call away should anything go wrong during my trip. I know, because they have told me to call them should something happen and they have followed through with their word.
I know the owner well enough to vouch for the fact if any customer was not satisfied with their service, they would go out of their way to see to it everything within their power was done to rectify the situation.
I give these guys 5 stars!!!
