We were very disappointed with Advantage. Their saving grace is a man named Robert, who is very kind and actually helpful. The rest of the employees are rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. They repeatedly entered our apartment to show it to clients without calling ahead, saying that they didn't have our phone number. We gave it to them several times and caught them when they entered once and they had the number right in their phones. They also sent other realtors over to the apartment and gave them they key, saying that they had "run it by T.J." (the head guy)... when T.J. never ran it by us.
Whenever we contacted T.J. about getting something fixed, it never got done. The apartment was in a shameful condition when we moved in, and Advantage was not interested in doing anything about it. I beg you not to use Advantage Real Estate when making your next housing decision in Boston....
