I highly doubt we'll ever use Enterprise again if we need a rental car.
The experience was a nightmare from the time we walked in, until we dropped the car back off.
The office was in absolute chaos when we went to pick up our vehicle. The customer service reps acted like they could've cared less we were there and were not very accomodating.
While we were there, we overheard that they had lost the keys to a vehicle, another one wouldn't start and others had to be serviced.
If we didn't have to leave town we would've cancelled our reservation.
The car was filthy that they gave us and overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
