Okay, I am of Italian descent- there is no hiding that. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The proceeded to put my head in a sink (like they use to wash peoples hair before a haircut!). I could not believe it. They waxed me right in front of all the other clients! No special private room, no magnifying mirror to see the hair, the light in that room was horrible! How she could see what she was doing is beyond me. It only made me wonder how they could do a bikini wax?? I will not be going back to find out.
I do LOVE Aveda products and would go there to buy them. They are beautifully displayed.
